Bill Rezmerski is the CEO and co-founder of Human Energy Solutions™, doing business as Integrity Direct, Inc., a Minnesota corporation founded in 1998. Bill has extensive senior executive experience in a variety of corporate structures. He holds three degrees in Psychology and has been working the personal/professional development field for many years.
His interest in wellness goes back over twenty-five years. His interest in Omega-3 essential fats was sparked by discussion about his family’s history of heart disease with his friend and co-founder.
Past employers include Carlson Companies, Inc, Schwans Sales Enterprises, National Corrective Training Institute, Personal Dynamics Institute, Frontier Communications and Asset Marketing. His has been on the adjunct faculty of several educational institutions and taught continuing, undergraduate, graduate and technical school classes. He has written and published articles for magazines, instructional manuals and assessment programs.

Stan Mann is the Vice President of Research and Education for Human Energy Solutions. His work for the Company is to provide direction, research and guidance regarding the efficacy of any product the Company decides for offer to the public.
Stan’s education is in physical education and health. His interest in health came about as a result of his own personal wellness crisis. Using his past experiences in research solutions to different problems he faced in business, he talked with some of the leading experts in the field of lipids research, reviewed thousands of scientific studies and articles and synthesized the information into a one of a kind Omega-3 essential fatty acid product. The formulation of the product is around the concept of essential fatty acid balance.
A key step in the process of the product formulation is the work of seven time Nobel nominee, Dr. Joanna Budwig. Stan continues to research product concepts and we are sure you will see his research results added to this website in the near future. His work experiences in conjunction with his interest in health and wellness have prepared him for finding solutions “outside the box.”
